Kabale Appoints a Substantive District Health Officer.

By Alex Byakatonda   D/COMN-KABALE 29/07/2022 The Kabale District Service Commission, has appointed the Rugarama Hospital medical superintendent, Dr Gilbert Arineitwe Mateeka, as the new substantive District health officer-DHO. According to the letter dated 27th July 2022 and signed by the Kabale district service commission secretary, Edison Twinomugisha, Dr Mateeka, was appointed following the recent interviews conducted by the District Service Commission.
