Kabale District receives motorcycles for LCI &LCII chairpersons.

The Ministry of local government has delivered 667 bicycles to Kabale District Local Government to be distributed to local council one and two chairpersons, to aid in the monitoring and supervision of government programs especially the Parish Development Model-PDM.
According to the Kabale district communications officer, Alex Byakatonda, the bicycles were received over the weekend. He says that the bicycles will be distributed to the respective beneficiaries in the course of this week.
Byakatonda said that the government is giving out bicycles to the elected leaders in order to enhance mobilization and reach out to the people to ensure proper monitoring of government programs and equitable service delivery.
