Kabale Principal Assistant secretary retires after 34years in public service.

The outgoing Kabale Principal Assistant Secretary, James Mugisha, has retired from public service after clocking the mandatory retirement age of 60 years.
Mugisha, who has worked with Kabale district local government for 34years, handed over office today. His handover was witnessed by the Kabale district principal human resource officer, Jacinta Tushabomwe, internal auditor, Harriet Namara and Chief Finance officer, Julius Mujuni.
During his time at Kabale district local government, he served in various positions, including as an District Urban officer, from 1988 to 1996, senior finance officer, from 1996-2003, senior Accountant 2003-2005, senior assistant secretary 2007-2010 and Principal Assistant Secretary-Pas from 2010 to date.
